How to Setup Access Point Names

AT&T Internet/MMS 4G LTE APN Settings for Android 2020.
Use the values below for your Access Point Names setting.

Go to Settings Connections Mobile networks Access Point Names of your Android.

Press Add on right top corner. If Android has already set values for Internet/MMS 2 for any fields below leave them. Change the other fields as below.

Name: Internet/MMS 2
APN: phone
Proxy:
Port:
Username:
Password:
Server:
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net/
Multimedia message proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
Multimedia message port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Authentication type: None
APN type: default,mms,supl,hipri,fota
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified

Be sure to SAVE the settings by clicking on the 3 dots on the upper right of the screen. The SAVE link may appear in a different location on different devices, please check your phone manual.
Restart Android to apply new Internet/MMS 2 APN settings

AT&T Internet/MMS 4G LTE APN Settings for iOS

In your iOS device, select Settings and then Cellular.

Check that Cellular Data is turned on.
Tap Cellular Data Options and then Cellular Data Network.

Go to Cellular Data and enter information as below

APN: phone
Username:
Password:

Go to LTE Setup (Optional) section and enter information as below

APN: (Leave Blank)
Username: (Leave Blank)
Password: (Leave Blank)

Enter the below details in MMS section:

APN: phone
Username:
Password:
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net/
MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

Press the Home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen.
Now, restart iOS to apply new Internet/MMS 2 APN settings.

AT&T Internet/MMS 4G LTE APN Settings for Windows

Go to App list, tap Settings Network & Wireless Cellular & SIM

In Cellular, select your SIM card
Select Properties

Under Internet APN select Add an Internet APN

Profile name: Internet/MMS 2
APN: phone
User name:
Password:
Type of sign-in info: None
IP type: IPv4

Enable Use this APN for LTE and replace the one from my mobile operator
Proxy server (URL):
Proxy port:

Tap Save

In Cellular, select your SIM card
Select Properties
Under MMS APN select Add an MMS APN

Profile name: Internet/MMS 2
APN: phone
User name:
Password:
Type of sign-in info: None
IP Type: IPv4
Proxy server: proxy.mobile.att.net
Proxy port: 80
MMSC (URL): http://mmsc.mobile.att.net/
MMSC port:
Maximum MMS size (KB): 2048

Tap Save.

AT&T Internet/MMS 4G LTE APN Settings for BlackBerry

On the homescreen, swipe down from the top.

Tap Settings, and then tap Network Connections.
Tap Mobile Network.
Tap APN at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the following information:

Access Point Name (APN) = phone
Username =
Password =

Tap Save

Slide your finger left on the display to open the main menu.

Open Text Messages.
Press the dots.
Press Settings and select Text Messages.
Select MMS.

Press Advanced and enter the following details.

APN = phone
MMSC URL = http://mmsc.mobile.att.net/
Proxy URL = proxy.mobile.att.net:80

Press Save.

Return to home screen.
